More than sixty-five years ago in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a new and innovative jewelry business was established. John Anthony Jewelers opened with a fully equipped workshop on the premises, allowing the creation and manufacture of elegant jewelry destined to become treasured family heirlooms.

From the very beginning in 1946, the goal was to serve every customer with confidence, honesty, and exceptional craftsmanship. What made John Anthony Jewelers unique then—and continues to distinguish us today—was our complete on-site workshop. While most jewelry stores had to send repairs and custom work elsewhere, we designed, repaired, and handcrafted fine jewelry entirely in-house.

On November 9, 1956, John Anthony Jewelers relocated to larger quarters at 133 Montgomery Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where the family business continued to grow. Our longevity is a testament to our commitment to serving the Main Line community. After decades of excellence in fine jewelry, custom design, and expert repair, we remain dedicated to providing outstanding service, uncompromising craftsmanship, and personalized attention for generations to come.
